RETURNS
All the prices of the products that are indicated through the website include VAT and other taxes that may correspond. However, these prices do not include expenses corresponding to the shipment of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Client.
The Customer agrees to pay at the time the order is placed.The rates corresponding to the relevant shipping costs will be added to the initial price that appears on the website for each of the products offered. In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the Client before formalizing the purchase itself.
The Client must pay the amount corresponding to his order by means of payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard,Visa Electron and / or other similar cards) and PayPal.

Once confirmed, your order will be ready to leave our warehouse in a maximum period of 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Spain - Peninsula: Express shipping 1 working day - 9,99€
Spain - Balearic Islands: Shipping 2-3 working days 9,99€

European Union: Shipping 5 working days - 14,99€

Return Period: We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us through our customer service or via email. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to safely return the product.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has arrived damaged or is defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return and have inspected it, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
ExceptionsCustomized Products: Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns, unless they are defective or arrive damaged.
Opened Cosmetics: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of cosmetic products once they have been opened, unless they are defective or damaged.
